This is our operating manual.
Everything we've built, learned, and failed at - documented publicly.
Why Public?
Most companies keep their operational docs private. We share ours because:
Transparency builds trust. If you're considering working with us, you should see how we actually work, not just how we market ourselves.
It forces clarity. Writing for a public audience makes us think harder about what we're doing and why.
Others can learn from it. If our mistakes help someone else avoid them, that's valuable.
It's authentic. This isn't marketing copy. These are the actual docs we use to run Zeron.

Inspired by GitLab's public handbook. They document everything publicly. So do we.
Difference: We're one person, not 2000+. So our handbook is more focused. Less comprehensive. More opinionated.
